Sony still hasn't actually backtracked, they said psn account linking wont be a thing, but still block all the countries not in psn, even after the obligatory apology post for damage control they continued to block more countries they missed.
Lets be real, Sony is going to try it again, why else would they still block the other countries.
So just be aware, even if you can buy the game right now, you will probably have to make a psn account later anyway despite Sony saying you wouldn't need to.

Feel bad for Arrowhead as this game is good but Snoy are being greedy and they are not "still learning what is best for PC players"
