Yes, this game is not the exact same as first game, but releasing the exact same game but with upgraded graphics is lazy and boring.

Aragami 1 was a slow-paced and more or less tactical stealth game with a pretty annoying coop with barely any respawns
Aragami 2 however, is has a much more casual, fast-paced gameplay, with parkour and freedom of movement, where being busted no longer meaning game over, instead allowing you to correct your mistakes and fight off an enemy that you've alerted, which also allows a fun, engaging, challenging non-stealth playstyle. The game still has great challenge and depth to it, it's still very challenging to try and be 100% stealthy+pacifist/demon. Level design is great, levels are big and barely restrict any movement, yet no level has those weird empty spots with nothing in them, instead they're filled with collectibles, enemies or objectives.

Want to also say about the games perfomance, the game at launch has stable fps, next to no bugs that I've encoutered, doesn't force an online connection 24/7, with a fair price, which is rare for modern games to have.
