A great mental health care game disguised as a platformer with a simple story to follow that touches on the subject of anxiety. Specifically panic attacks.

In between fun and challenging platforming levels, the game also shows how some of the characters deal with their anxiety.

One character blames their negative side and learns to accept it as part of themself.

Others are worried about being judged over their social media profile or are afraid of letting things go.

The game also teaches a simple, but possibly effective breathing technique for handling panic attacks.

The music matches the pacing of the story remarkably well and I, for one, do not tire of listening to the soundtrack on a daily basis.

The pixel art is crisp and detailed. Even visually stunning.

And for those that want to really challenge themselves: this game includes optional challenges on a whole new level. Not to mention the speedrunning potential.

All in all, I can recommend this game from the bottom of my crystal heart.
