This is one of my favorite games ever made. No one takes me seriously. But It genuinely rocks.
Last time I played it, I would just win over and over. People would rage quit, and avoid my matches, so I had to change my name constantly to get matches.
Bring in the arena shooter games and this will have a resurgence.

I have told heaps of people to try this game. It's still flying under the radar more than I believe it should.
The music is awesome, the level designs feel like they have a good mix of "The optimal route" vs "Make your mind up".
There is a main story, as well as bonus levels. Even if the level is 16 seconds long, it feels GOOD.

Do you like FPS? SPEED? SHOOT?! WHACK KABLAMS?! And genuinely funny writing? Well, its all here.

Was told its "exactly your kind of game" what ever that means.
What the heck does mouth wash and a horror game have in common?
They were right. Super polished. Never feels like it's trying to cut corners at any point.
Genuinely immersive. Found myself taking a break half way in, and I couldn't stop trying to wrap my head around how this story plays out.
It made me genuinely despise a written video game character. The way it conveys the buildup of a real circumstance and makes you feel familiar in its setting.. makes it feel more miserable than I expected.
Wrong Organ got it right.

Buy this if you're sick of having 140 nzd and want to have fun with the constant fear of the game just crashing with no way to reconnect to most game types and modes.
Don't even get me started on the buggy mess the campaign was.

all in all its cod if you like mw2019 then you will like this but its horribly unstable

Brought back and reminded me of all the great sequences that both Half Life and Portal have had over the games and how that world has so much more to potentially give to us.
Was really impressed with the level of character voice line interactions being just right

Made me re think everything I knew about what makes good art and makes things enjoyable. Will forever be in my top 10 list of games.

The best VR title I have played to date. Looks great on an Oculus Quest (Played via link and wireless with virtual desktop). Never leaves me feeling frustrated with how the game controls. Also happens to be a fantastic Half Life game. Valve still know how to tell awesome stories and give great adventures.

The obvious comparison is to Hotline Miami, as Katana ZERO has the soundtrack, pacing and lethality that Hotline Miami has.
The real magic is how well the gameplay meshes with the story. Setting you up for creative levels and boss fights that aren't just there for gameplay sake, but to better the story telling makes the gameplay so much more satisfying than I could have anticipated.

It's trippy. It's brutal. It's a guy in a bath robe deflecting a mounted machine gun with his sword.
It is also one hell of a ride. They have a minecart section.. A bloody MINECART section.

I am really looking forward to seeing what they have up their sleeve for any future content.
Theres a few things I want to say to the devs:
I was really hoping you could watch a rewind of your whole playthrough, kind of the same way the downwards elevator level worked but for every level you beat.
A level editor would be fantastic and great fun
You need a prompt for the prison section if you're going for the secondary objective, to let the players know that they can crouch behind the tables and avoid detection. I spent way too much time here feeling like maybe they had designed a situation where you can't actually get the secondary objective complete.

Good job to you all. I loved it.

The physics and gun mechanics in this game work soo well together. Testing out all the different weapons on other faction actors is alot of fun... And to add to that, EVERY THING is destructable... blow through your friends base doors... shoot down their dropships, blowing off their engines and causing them to crash into their newly deployed troops.. the list goes on from here..
By far, one of the coolest game ideas i have seen.
