If you're checking this out, you're obviously an adventure nut, out for the story moreso than the gameplay, but Dreamfall Chapters has plenty of both along with hard choices and characters that pop alive. It's no adrenaline rush, but it is an engrossing tale to immerse oneself into.

This especially wonderful to play in a marathon starting from The Longest Journey, but is good enough to stand alone by itself. Great production value in voice acting and audio/visuals. Prepare to get mesmerized by the endearing twin worlds of magic and science.

I have some nitpicks regarding a few plot points that feel rushed, and some parts that are quite dragging, but no dealbreakers. This is a great finish to the TLJ adventure series, and definitely a great game to own and come back every now and then, just like you would a good book.
