I wanted to enjoy the continuation from Banner Saga 1 but this second game seems rather buggy. A character I had from the first game wasn't appearing in my roster. I also invested upgrades on the horseborn units which got reversed when entering a new chapter. I had to edit the save file to fix whatever bugs the game was putting on me. This alone is why I'm not recommending it. If the game were patched to fix these bugs, I would gladly recommend the game. I want to recommend the game because I love the story. It just sucks as a game atm.
