Sorry KW, my schedule is too full right now for the amount of work I would have to do to them to port them, but I did look at them.
All the models would have to be scaled to the universe.
Mesh added (ie insides of the cupboards, inside walls and shelves, fix missing countertop, and the entire model rescaled then rigged) if you want to make it a usable thing rather than just static props that won't be modular the way I think you want it to be.
I started trying to make the shower curtain open and close with an animated sequence just before my schedule went to the wind. Rigging the hand held shower head would be a real pain in the butt because it is already posed and in place. But again, everything in that model would have to scaled to the universe before any rigging done.
