Requires Rockstar login to play offline. It's "linked" to my steam so I can't even use a new one, even thought I forget the old fake one that I made. Managed to get all of that sorted however I went to play the game offline while on a plane and it wouldn't let me play because it required internet to check I had an authentic copy. Bit of a joke.
