after now 12 hours of non-rushed gameplay (i took a lot of time to explore!) i finished the main story and HOLY COW i loved every bit of it. this game is VERY lightweight (~1gb only) and the graphics quality is not on par with triple a titles, but the game still manages to create a very epic and dynamic atmosphere that captured me from the first moment on. the amazing soundtrack by paul aubry contributes to this a lot. building your kingdom, researching new building types, finding other realms and completing quests for them while constantly keeping track of your resources, citizen satisfaction levels and the degree of tilt on your flying city is an amazing challenge that kept me hooked through the entire experience. i cannot recommend this game enough.
