Surgeon Simulator is a pretty good game. I think in hindsight people in general have grown to appreciate these kinds of games for the unique kinds of challenges they bring to the table (see: Getting Over It), but Surgeon Simulator will always have a place in my heart for being one of the earlier examples in life of really getting good at something relatively unorthodox.

Nowadays, the games a little worse for wear, the Donald Trump surgery is impossible to unlock now that the servers for processing the mailing list sign up is down, requiring a registry edit. The Linux version is also hobbled down by being on an earlier version, and the game's cloud saving is somewhat broken if played across different operating systems. But assuming you're starting off with only a single computer replaying the game is never that difficult of a task.
