has everything you would need to create game assets but withought the rendering part.

yeah you're correct but what i ment was the rendering as in using mental ray or 3rd party plugins for example v-ray, but to be honost its suprisingly cheap compaired to the normal version and works amazingly well.

Arguable on the rendering part. It can create AOs and basic bakes for textures that you can work from and also works seamlessly with other material/texture creation programs available on steam.
