I completed in a single playthrough. Reminds me of the moral choices in games such as Suzerain as well as the obvious Game of Thrones. I somehow managed to stumble into most of the good outcomes without using a guide or having any heads up on the game.

You can't keep everyone happy, and sometimes even the people you try to keep happy aren't looking out for your best interests. Really engaging story and I felt genuine concern at how the final battle would turn out.
