This game is an absolute piece of art in my eyes, but it is definitely not for everybody - do not play it if you expect horror jumpscares or challenging puzzles. It is more of a walking simulator with tense atmosphere and very creative art design, telling a simple but captivating bittersweet story.
Extra tip for non Chinese speakers like me: fire up the Google Lens translator and let it translate the signs the environment is filled with for little bit extra immersion!

Cheesy horror VN that is too short to really make you care about anything and anyone and that will probably won't get much reaction out of you if you ever read more than one VN in your life. Chompettes are very cute tho.

I find this game highly unrealistic because even though my MC was very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ depressed apocalypse nonsense spouting piece of trash routinely drinking and getting high on the job, lieutenant Kitsuragi was still extremely nice and appreciative of him, but when you are like that irl nobody will ever love you (looking at you dad).
10/10 life totally should imitate art in this case.

Wow I too wish I was a mighty hero dying of stress in dark dungeons, instead of being a depressed millenial dying of stress when attempting a phone call.

FEZ is like love.
It's all colorful, happy, charming and fun on the outside, and surely you can stop there and just enjoy the slightly superficial cuteness, but the true magic lies in going under the surface and discovering the mysterious, darker but none the less charming secret world hidden beneath. It is sometimes painful and hard, but the whole unique world opening in front of you feels so rewarding that you wouldn't even think about complaining about all the hard work it took.
And who wouldn't recommend being in love even though it might be sometimes annoying, right?

So first of all, I'm a huge fan of whole Danganronpa series, but I was hesitant to play this one because tbh the whole idea of third person action looked... suspicious. But I really wanted this last piece of Dangan story so I gave in aaaand tbh I wasn't really happy. Why is that?

- The gameplay is probably the worst aspect - its nothing special at best and very annoying at worst
- The controls are pretty clumsy (I played on gamepad)
- The premise of the story is pretty good and it has the good old Dangan feel, but somehow it feels much more shallow and I didn't feel for the characters as much as with the other Dangans

And now the positive:

+ The chemistry between the two protagonists is awesome and I really enjoyed all of their dialogues
+ The script is full of weirdly absurd humor that I absolutely loved
+ The artstyle is very specific - everything is either very sterile and boring or very surreal and psychedelic - and it fully depends on personal tastes, but I somehow liked it
+ As a big Toko fan I fully support her character development
+ There is Nagito with collar and leash and I'm honestly not sure what else would you need from life

So all in all, the script and idea are very good and borderline great in some moments, but I really wish this was an anime or manga and I didn't really have to play it to experience that.

Hades taught me several important life lessons, such as:

- failing is just an opportunity to learn and do better next time
- resolving your daddy issues require beating your father in one-on-one combat at least 10 times
- you can easily acquire cute edgy undead bf by providing enough drinks

10/10 can't wait to apply this irl.

Extremely wholesome game, made me forget about my crippling depression for a while, 10/10.

I'd rate this as "♥♥♥ you Rena I spilled my hot coffee on myself because of you" out of 10.
