First of all, tho, I want to say the MSQ from ARR patches to Endwalker is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. It really is incredible and worth playing.

But...
I can't say I like what they did in Dawntrail. It's bad. Really, really, bad. Writing was at best a 3/10, OST was nowhere near Endwalker quality, dialog and localization are both the worse they've ever been... I don't know if I can trust them to do right by the game for another 10 years if this is the start of another epic saga.

I want to believe they'll fix everything but I don't trust Yoshida's attitude of not taking any risks and making the game TOO DAMN CASUAL. Even for casuals.

I want the best for FFXIV, yet, Dawntrail has really made me doubt the game has another 10 years.

For me, at least for now, FFXIV ended in Endwalker.
