Played this for a while on the other launcher, enjoyed it, dropped it for a while for a JRPG binge because I have a fetish for rising numbers, came back for wastelanders. This review doesn't count towards the actual number up there as far as I'm aware. Disclaimers and jokes aside. These are my thoughts on F76.

Quick and Easy Stuff
-If you are looking for a Standard Fallout Experience™, you won't find it here.
-If you are looking for an extremely in-depth and Immersive™ story, you won't find it here.
-If you are looking for an alright multiplayer game to play, you might find it here.
-If you are looking for a bug-free experience from Bethesda, are you delusional?

Personal Thoughts
-Story isn't great, not bad either. Just decent.
-World is pretty detailed, it isn't 16 times the detail, but it's an enjoyable experience to explore it.
-Weapon variety, blows F4 the ♥♥♥♥ out, kinda makes that game look like a joke.
-The perk card system is a load of fun, I run a near-rad immune freak of nature who does drugs instead of eating food.
-Atom shop isn't very intrusive, you'll hardly experience its influence in normal gameplay unless you are a camp builder. As for the usable items in the atom shop, the repair kits are easily outdone by easily earnable options ingame, the scrap kits are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless, and you can get lunchboxes using an endgame currency which is pretty easy to farm, or actively participating in the season system, I've yet to run out of them.
-Fallout 1st is pretty p2w tho, that scrap box has more impact than 1st users let on, don't let them ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you.
-If you liked the workshops in 4, you might like what the camp system has done, you'll probably hate some things it has done as well, I personally think the camp system is better though.

My Thoughts on the Community
-It's very friendly to new players.
-Don't be surprised if the people you run across are oddballs.
-The PVP community in adventure mode tends to be a little toxic, from what I've experienced.

My Personal Verdict
Buy this game when it's like 10-20 bucks, it's a solid experience. But not something I'd buy before a sale or a markdown in price.
