If I could rename this game it would be suicide squad. That is the only thing your NPC/AI squad members want. They want to die. They will stand in front of you when you want to shoot someone. They will run to an enemy turn their back and look at you while they get shot. They will look for the worst possible route to take to get to place you didn't tell them to go.
Once every one but me, in my squad, is dead, I don't need to babysit any longer and I can focus on the game.

I enjoy the game play though... Fun game. Would definitely recommend!
