Short version: The pack is pretty limited in scope, and like most of the Payday 2 DLC's you aren't locked out of playing the map "The Diamond" nor playing as Clover. You can still join a game with someone hosting the DLC map, and you can be randomly assigned to play as Clover in a heist but cannot select her as your preferred character. A few masks, a "meh" gun and I would say wait for a sale before picking this up.
