Edited review: Dead by Daylight was in a REALLY rough spot the last two-three years. If I hadn't put so much money into the game, I probably would have stopped playing. I went from playing almost everyday to only hopping on to hate my life while grinding out challenges. I have to say though, they've really turned this game around and made it enjoyable again. There's still issues on both sides, but they've done a lot to fix it and add some freshness to the game. Buffing old weak perks to shake up the meta, reworking maps, bringing in new game modes. I think I've played the most I have in years with chaos shuffle.

I used to joke that I was in an abusive relationship that I couldn't get out of with this game, but I've changed my mind recently. I can actually play and enjoy it again. Keep it up BHVR.
