What a journey. I'll admit the game was slow to get its hooks into me once it did, I couldn't help but stick with it through to the very end. It regularly delivers moments that had me putting down the controller just so soak and digest what I had just experienced. I'll be recommending this game to everyone I know for months if not years to come.

What a fantastic experience. Everything from the gameplay loop, the story, the characters, the SLAPPIN' ESPERANTO MONK RAPPING. All really wonderful.

I clocked up 140hrs but that includes a lot of optional grinding.
One of my 2024 favourites to be sure.

A true delight of a puzzle game with a few moments of ear-steaming "I can't figure it out". I could have the soundtrack on repeat all day and not tire of it. Some simple story beats to keep the game moving along and clever game play mechanics that are well presented and iterated on over time.

What really makes this game special is the process by which Mark has allowed his audience to see the development journey from start to finish, implementing his own lessons from games of a similar genre, his game theory takeaways from 10 years of GMTK and the feedback and support of his community.

Had an absolutely blast playing and streaming this game. A really nice blend of Papers Please and Mind Scanners. The minigame segments are relatively simple but complexity ramps up slowly throughout the in-game 'days' - the prologue doesn't go as far as revealing every mechanic that will be in the final game but the ones I saw were fun and interesting enough. Really enjoyed the environment and themes throughout, special shoutout to the State Approved Gaming available on your PC. complete with montisation tactics to make you pick between paying your rent or levelling up your F2P fighting game character.

Very much looking forward to the complete game!

A very charming adventure. Plenty of attention is payed to the atmosphere and world. The music is subtle but informing. The characters are quirky yet personable. The game is challenging in 'just the right' way. There's a lot to love.

Murder Mystery that had me questioning myself even when a majority of the evidence pointing to one culprit - check
A genuine desire to pin the crimes on the characters I disliked just so I could let the characters I DO like live - check

Get to have sex with very sexy people and also BE a sexy person - check.

I think this is an excellent murder mystery game that gives you the freedom to come to your own conclusions and then act on your own suspicions in such a way that you'll never truly know whether you were right or wrong, only that you dispensed J U S T I C E.

A fun and fast paced challenge that will have you patting yourself on the back for completing levels will relative ease early on and pulling out your hair as you run face first into a mine in the final levels. Certain levels play around different styles/mechanics to keep it interesting. Took me about 3 hours to finish but haven't gone back to get 100% of the stars. Looking forward to seeing how this game develops.

Without a doubt one of the most rewarding rythm-based games I've ever played. The gameplay, the music, the script, the feel, all of it fits together wonderfully and even several years down the line I still credit this as one of my top 10 games.

10/10 would DDR again.

A wonderful mix of sci-fi space combat, relaxed space exploration and role-playing all in one. No one journey is ever the same and it's incredibly challenging even on the easier mode.

This game is a must buy and is well worth it's full price, let alone any discounted price.
