It provides you with extensive and detailed road, highway, rail, subway, etc., combinations. Even if you do not wish to use these features, it contains its own traffic simulator that changes the path finding and parameters of the infrastructure to reduce traffic greatly and make it more realistic. It is worth gold for that alone. Plus it is completely free.
