Unfortunately a Step Back for Bethesda. What was once a grand interconnected world is now mostly randomly generated fluff held together by loading screens and some of the worst UI ever seen. It's biggest sin is just being boring and promising to get good after an indeterminate amount of time. Go buy Baldurs Gate 3 instead
