One thing I appreciate in Elden Ring is how much you grow as a player by the end of the game if you stick through. Some fights will feel impossible until you finally break through, and when the game clicks it's a high like no other. If you stick with it, you'll learn to love the pain and get better from it.

Ghost Recon Wildlands is a good game that I can't recommend anyone purchase because of the company that made it. Ubisoft seems to be totally fine with removing access to games and content people paid for, like they did for the Assassin's Creed DLCs and The Crew just recently. So even if you buy it, how long will it be before the game you paid for or part of it is taken from you?

I can't recommend purchasing this game. It may be fun, but with what Ubisoft did with the classic Assassin's Creed DLCs and The Crew with removing access to them, who is to say how long you'll own it before Ubisoft takes it away from you?

A very fun restaurant sim in the vein of Overcooked or PlateUp. Honestly I'm really amazed at the quality of this game for a free title. For a student project it looks incredible, has a great gameplay loop, and feels very refined. I started playing right after the networking patch and for me and my friends everything worked great and we had no issues.

If you like co-op restaurant sims, I'd highly recommend giving this a shot! Quite a lot of fun to be had for a free game.

A charming and enjoyable metroidvania with a focus on exploration and some very deep movement tech. I would definitely recommend it for fans of Hollow Knight. Throughout playing this game, I could tell that there's been a lot of love poured into it, and I think a lot of people are really missing out on this one.

Generally I found the game not to be terribly difficult with the notable exceptions of some of the optional platforming locations, which can be extremely difficult, but also very satisfying to accomplish. I tapped out on some of the more difficult platforming challenges (I got about 80% overall completion before fighting the final boss) and I feel like I got my worth out of the game, so don't let the presence of those put you off from enjoying the rest of the game if it's not your thing.

Had a great time with this one and definitely looking forward to Lone Fungus 2! It plays fantastic on Steam Deck and was very hard to put down, making it my nominee for Best on Steam Deck this year.

An excellent game which will have its legacy forever tarnished by Ubisoft's horrible anti-consumer decisions. Come September 1 2022, you will no longer be able to use the DLC or multiplayer functions of this game, even though the DLC is singleplayer content. However, they will continue to sell you this product, despite the fact that it will soon be unusable.

I cannot continue to suggest to anyone to buy any games from Ubisoft. If their policy is that they can revoke access to anything that I paid money for at any time at a whim, why would I have any interest in buying them?

An excellent co-op shooter game that I highly recommend, especially for people who are fans of games like Left 4 Dead, Vermintide, or Alien Swarm. It features a class and loadout system with varied and interesting builds and a variety of mission types in procedurally generated environments. The dev team is really present in the community, and has continued to tweak, fix, and update the game with new content since launch. The game is intense at times, but very easy to pick up and learn to play.

I give this game a lot of praise, but I wouldn't really recommend it if you're looking for a solo experience. There's not much story to be had, just running generated missions. You can have some fun in singleplayer, but co-op is what makes the experience great and makes it very replayable.

A great roguelike dungeon crawling game with a great sense of humor and no mercy. A lot of fun to play solo or with friends!

Hands down one of the best (if not the best, in my opinion) open world RPGs ever made. The game is atmospheric and immersive with one of the most detailed and documented lores of any fantasy I know of. The gameplay is excellent and varied depending on your playstyle, and seeing all there is to see in this game can take hundreds of hours.

If you really get into this game, you see yourself stalling for another five more minutes to play constantly.
