sorry, couldn't get to you a while ago. i had to do some errands. anyways, i apologise for that. i did not notice the message posted on your auction as i was in a hurry. i believe it was 3 ref? if so, i can return it if you wish, in exchange for what i have given you, when you have the time.

however, the items i have given you do exceed the 3 ref if sold to scrap skin banking when selling becomes possible for those items. if you still want the 3 ref, then i understand. just be sure that it is the items i have given you (1 Brick house MW, and 1 Civic Duty MW), no more, no less. i will not add additional items or make additional trade deals for anything else i may have. when you can, send me a trade req. remember, only the items i have traded to you, nothing more or less from either of us.
