I don't recommend this game because I could not join my friends' server. I was supposed to delete my character to join another? But deleting takes 5 days? Otherwise, I had to find a new name. All of that seemed weird and unnecessary. I just wanted to join my friends who somehow all appeared on the same server.

Graphics are a little too cartoonish for me. The story is like.... Temu fantasy sci-fi which is definitely not my genre.

It's working on Linux though and that's a plus.

This is a beautiful game. I would argue that it's more visually appealing than Division 2 but both are great games. This game will immerse you into a post-apocalyptic world that still somewhat resembles the real world. It has COVID-19 vibes but in a worse case scenario. This game is great to play with 3 friends in Co-op. You can PvP too in specific areas but I absolutely hate PvP. I played this game years ago and have just recently jumped back in for a look around and it's still an incredible game. It doesn't really have an ongoing endgame. There's a point that you reach where it's just repetitive and that's when you know it's over. From there you can move onto Division 2. Division 2 does have a continuous, ongoing endgame but it too can be repetitive- it just takes much longer to reach that point on Division 2. This is a must have game because it's a AAA, it's affordable, it looks and sounds incredible- truly immersive, and the story and characters are appealing. It really pulls you in.

It's a beautiful game, the map is big, graphics and ambience is good. The only issues I have are that all of the buildings inside are the same and it could have been easy to add a few more to mix things up. Mods can add all of those things but the mods don't work in Linux without an alternative launcher. That's frustrating. It does work in Linux very, very well. More stable and higher FPS than Windows, I believe, but without the alternative launcher you can't use mods. I'd like that fixed. Otherwise, great game to play with friends on a PvE server.

This is really a fun game. I was concerned about griefers ruining it but this isn't an issue. You play on a server with a handful of other players. I've been ganked twice and I ended up spawning somewhere else in the world far away where I found better treasure. The seas, the water, the waves are beautiful. So realistic. It really feels like you're sailing a ship- which isn't difficult to learn! There are random events and strange things appear. Tonight I saw a huge fish. Can it sink the ship? Have no idea, I didn't stick around for that. Today was the first day for the Monkey Island crossover adventure. I loved seeing that and I enjoyed the music. Oh, and this game works flawlessly on Linux using Steam Play so I presume it works well for Steam Deck.
UPDATE: The griefers are frequent and predictable but there's a solution coming later in the year called "SaferSeas." I think it's not a great solution but I'll take whatever we can get. I wish instead there was motivation for people not to grief like PvP penalties or incentive not to PvP.

I think this has to be my favorite game. It's open world, missions, great graphics, sound, atmosphere, it's immersive, and you can roam around with 3 others. The 4 group co-op is THE BEST, in my opinion. That's the only kind of game that I currently buy. This game has one more cool feature- there's a lot of randomness throughout the world. You just never know. You could be battling a group of NPCs with friends when suddenly another group rolls in, or even a third group! This keeps things interesting and I would argue no other game that comes to mind has this. To me this is like an open world classic of SWAT 4 where it's mostly your team vs the NPCs and they do get pretty creative. UPDATE: Works perfectly in Linux using Steam Play/Proton! This has never been possible until Uplay games returned to Steam. Uplay games are back on my purchase list now! I have since deleted Windows 10 completely since there's no point anymore.

It has some Valheim + L4D2 but with robots vibe. I really liked the game. I haven't encountered bugs, things seem to work fine. I did see some grass up on a hill that had some floating issues but I'm also running it perfect using Steam Proton on Linux. It's running exceptionally well and very smooth on a 1060 GPU. I needed something new and different. I love the player vs robots gameplay. I am really tired of zombie games. No regrets purchasing.

Ok, now I'm mad. I bought the base game to learn if I'd like the game or not. I loved it. It's great. So I came back here to buy the Blackwood upgrade COLLECTOR'S EDITION to get the other older DLCs. Guess what? I did not get them. I got some rubbish items and nothing else. Just Blackwood, whatever that is, and some rubbish items. For I'm excluded for 4 maps now. I'm going to try to return this and fix it but good luck.

Ok, this game is really good. It has an exceptional Bladerunner style vibe to it. The voice actors are excellent, many of the voices are just really cute. It's fun to explore the cities. Great concept all around. The idea is that you're running missions and in the process exploring new places and experiencing a cute story.

I originally played this on Origin, which I don't like so much but I love the game. I played the game to the glorious finale! It is an awesome game. It has a vibe to it like no other game. Of course, the artistic value of the game is A+. The ambiance is exceptional- you can hear the city below, the voice actors are the best, the story is good, everything.

One thing that is frustrating in other games are the controls and movement. Not with this game. Restricted movement in games is so frustrating but in this game you have smooth, fluid, easy movement after some initial practice. It also feels realistic, but only if you were a top athlete- of course!

This is a good game and it looks better than I had expected. It runs on my first generation Ryzen 8/16 core perfectly. It's Bethesda's version of World of Warcraft.

My complaint is how thirsty Bethesda is with this game. My friends appear to all have different DLCs and so we can't all meet at the same place most of the time. If the game is on sale, get the complete edition whatever that is. Try to get everything all at once. I don't know if you have to buy things later to proceed but I think there's a possibility.
