I enjoy and play it from time to time so it is never uninstalled. But it does get boring sometimes. And the Pantheon is what I hate most in AOW4, I don't want to grind for it and like to play a very long (huge map) sandbox mode. I am leaning a bit in the neutral side so my recommendation is 6/10 for this game. Still, no regrets as it has its pros as a fan of 4x / turn-based games.

Made Vader wet himself during our escape. :D

Gameplay: More like the Legacy of Kain series/Soul Reaver, Tomb Raider and maybe some Dark Souls.
Cons: Animations are bad. KEYB+M controls does not respond sometimes like when you try to attack or block.
Overall, I still enjoyed the game and the story!

Loved the new station building (modules instead of pipes), this was the greatest improvement so far as previous titles would slow down to a crawl with many stations linked together.

Only minor glitches seen so far, mostly on the UI and the Map where text disappears after a long gameplay - just restart the game for this.

Got the Collector's Edition (for future DLCs) and played on an i5 and GTX 650 @ 1080p on low settings but will upgrade to an RTX 2070 soon. Very playable and highly recommended for X-universe fans. Otherwise, wait for a more stable release | DLCs included | sale; since we know that EGOSOFT will deliver.

Edit: 11/13/2019 Got the RTX 2070 immediately after my review above and already running in Ultra settings. Lots of bugs have been fixed since my original review (from day one to v2.6) and now waiting for the 1st DLC (and v3.0). If you are still undecided then you can wait for more feedback after all DLCs are out.

Did not disappoint!

Fan of the franchise, just needed to have this before Mechwarrior 5 arrives. My favorite game in the franchise so far is Mechwarrior 3. I still remember my first mech (Jenner) in Mechwarrior 1. Ahhh... the memories.

I hope they make more storylines on the clan invasions. Battletech timeline is before the clan wars.
