Not played a lot of it but it's been good so far and it's definitely got a lot of potential

Generated ~$25 million in sales yet had no updates whatsoever for 2 months and no "major" update in 3 months. Wouldn't be surprised if it's already been abandoned.

So many things need working on, let's hope some of that $25 milly goes on hiring people to fix it up

Oh & the banner for the game is AI generated, which sums the entire thing up

Great game so far, would definitely pick it up if you're a fan of this genre. Get it in Early Access, support the devs and help the game grow even more.

Someone's negative review said it shouldn't have even been released in EA yet but it's still more finished than any AAA game of this genre.

If it's this good now, imagine what it'll be like in a year's time and even further on when mods & assets start to come into it.

Considering I've had the game about 3 years, I've got rookie hours but I'd still recommend buying this game to others.

Still wouldn't buy it, even on sale. Tell me how with a 4090 I need to play it on Medium because it's like playing in slow-mo on anything higher.

The game, beyond maybe a few hours, is incredibly boring. The career mode is extremely lazy, the commentary is exceptionally lazy, the cut scenes are incredibly lazy and almost probably everything to do with this game is actually a lazy effort.

1. Walkouts: The exact same, regardless of venue. The fighter walks for about 5 steps before it switches to the next walkout. There's no walkout customisation available so you just end up skipping this every time.
   
2. Commentary: Not only do you hear the same lines in every game, you hear the same lines in every round. There's absolutely no variation in it. Did you know Jonny's favourite motto is if it's not broken, don't fix it? It's almost as if you hear it in every round.
   
3. Knockdown Cut Scenes: The exact same. No matter where you knock someone down, they'll always be in the same place and do the same getting up animation.
   
4. Kenny Bayless: They've paid for the likeness of Kenny so he's the only referee you'll ever see, no matter what level of boxer you are. In fact, you won't actually ever see him in the ring whilst you're fighting. He just magically appears in cut scenes.
   
5. Venues: Very limited range of venues, makes it a bit boring. Nowhere near enough venues that are used in professional boxing (not in terms of real-world venues just the types of venues).
   
6. 'Flash' / dazing: Your opponent is able to push you away and block your shot at the same time. If you try doing this, you'll get knocked out.
   
7. Opponent Super Powers: 9/10 times, as soon as you press the trigger for body shots, your opponent immediately reacts to block them. They usually block them before you've even decided to throw one, even if you've not thrown one the entire fight.
   
8. Career Mode (Training): It's just boxes to select what you want to train. You can't actually train. You can't spar. You can't work on a training plan suited to your next fight. It's all literally just select what you want to train in order to increase your stats.
   
9. Career Mode (Media): Just the same old fight results over and over again. It's not even worth being a 'media' tile, it's incredibly pointless.
   
10. Career Mode (Record): You can't see a history of your fights. You can just see a history of your fighting stats.
    
11. Career Mode (Weight Class): You're unable to change weight class if you wanted to, say if you've already dominated one division for so long. This ties into the next issue:
    
12. Career Mode (Fighters): Once you've won all the belts and become undisputed, you mostly have the same fighters being offered again, even if you've already battered them in a 2-match fight. I fought the 2nd ranked fighter a total of hour times, battered him every single time and yet he was still being offered for a title defence.
    
13. Career Mode (Fights): Already mentioned the issue with dazing someone or their ability to know you're going to throw a body shot as soon as you press the button to do so but that's not all - you can batter your opponent to the point of brain damage but neither the referee or their team will call it off. There's lines in the commentary about throwing in the towel but your opponent's team will never throw in the towel. If they don't have cuts, bruises or get knocked down 3 times in a round - you'll likely see them just continue to get up. Hardly realistic for their team to let their fighter with brain damage continue fighting, let alone the fighter actually being able to fight at all.
    
14. Career Mode (Belt Scenes): Won multiple belts at once? Doesn't matter, you'll get presented one whilst your team acts like you had the others already. To make it worse, you'll always get presented with the SCI belt as the one to celebrate. You'll then continue to do that exact same celebration/pose in every future belt fight.
    
15. And a whole lot more issues: Feels more of a boxing game you'd play on your phone. No offence to the developers but they've definitely got lazy with the rest of the game. I wouldn't buy it unless it's on a good discount because it's unlikely that you'll play it more than a few hours every couple of months. Nothing makes you want to return to play it the next day.

Tried everything a few times each & got bored in the end.

Mostly console players but that’s not a surprise because if you’ve got a PC with Arma 3 on it, you’re probably not going to be spending much time on this instalment
