they constantly get stuck stocking my shelves, happens ALL the time, they walk into my shelves with a box and just stay there its SO annoying! anyone else?

Hi! Has anyone experienced purchasing storage and it still being locked? I though maybe i needed to upgrade it so I did but it is locked still. Or do i have to access it differently somehow? can someone please explain whats going on? update: PLS dont tell me that storage is a space/room nextdoor (the entrance to which is outside of the supermarket) but this room has no door connecting it to the supermarket space????? jeez...

Are anyone elses stockers getting stuck in the storage room? They just stand there looking at the shelves, but when I move a couple boxes around, they get back on track and start stocking again
