Pretty similar to Amnesia the Dark Descent and Outlast in terms of gameplay. Without spoiling too much, you'll mostly be solving puzzles, a lot of the time while remaining undetected by enemies that you can't fight and 'one hit kill' you. Very interesting story if you're into the Lovecraftian genre, although it took me only 8 hours to beat. That being said, a lot of the game is walking, dialogue, and cutscenes. Price may be a bit high for what you get, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
