The game is in an unplayable state. The character's animation states keep getting stuck or when I try to sit at a table, I can't get back up without quitting the game. Currently, my character is stuck in a constant jumping / falling state, so I can't jump again (without yet again restarting the game). I'm stuck looking at the loading sequence more than playing the game.

EDIT: Just discovered the "Overworld" button. It's the final boss of loading screens. Waited almost 2 minutes for the overworld to load on an i9 with 64gb of RAM and a 3080 gpu. It's laughable at this point. Might come back in 2 years if this game gets optimised.

Needing to connect to the origin launcher from steam makes this a disappointment. Can't launch the game for whatever reason even though I own it on both platforms

I would love to play this game but it doesn't go past the first dialog box of the intro. I'm going to have to refund if this doesn't get fixed.

Even more buggy on steam than origin. Would love to play the game but controls are completely bugged and game crashes

This game has improved drastically over the years. Definitely worth it. Can't wait for the next update

I know I dont have a lot of hours but I need to voice my opinion. I was idling in town when I got a message saying I was banned by an administrator. I sent a message to support and they unbanned me in about 8 hours. I sent 4 additional mails asking why I was banned and I just got ignored. I'd prefer not to support a game if I get banned randomly with no reason given.

I was hesitant to buy ARK originally due to the bad reviews it got about bugs. Well I can confirm those people are not over exaggerating. I didn't bother to buy any of the DLC's until I saw recently the season pass was on special. I figured they would have resolved the bugs by now. Sadly, I was wrong. The game still stutters during fights, building, harvesting, mining. Basically everything you do in game. Granted its not all the time, but it's enough to notice and get frustrated over. The Extinction map is either not optimised, or they tried to stuff too much in there. I can't go 5 minutes without a stutter. Then there are the multiple crashes that forces you to have to restart your computer just to be able to play it again.

The other problem I still get is constant timeouts when playing multiplayer. This happens during battles, or just standing absolutely still and not doing anything. I understand that I only have 150 hours played on this game. Trust me, I would have loved to have more if this game just didn't hang and crash all the time.

The game concept was great, but the game execution is so flawed
