Help! I don't understand, where is the secret room on the second floor?

Hi everyone ! I'm desperatly look for how to get new and fresh upgrades from Sarah, near by the Reception. Actually I had just one extra life (red) and perhaps my Email weapon improvement but nothing else... Help ! I need those upgrades to get rid of BOSS + final levels... Need of "Sarawak Beans". Seems have no Coffee Coupons left......

I have the switch version and, my overpriced coffee shop has stopped working! I can no longer buy upgrades and, recently had to reply previous levels to regain my email arts! Is there a way to fix this or am I missing something?

Today, I do the update but when i want to launch the game i can't because there is a missing executable, is that normal?
