Early access for 10 years and not even listening to what the community says

Launching for the first time, I almost threw up because the wagons glitched out, then they hit the Imperial Captain, softlocking the game before it even started.

Try to create account > email is already linked
Check their website if an account with my email exists > it doesn't
create account with my email > verification email nowhere to be seen
try again and wait half an hour for verification email > try again the next day
join discord server to see if I can contact somebody faster than an email > no replies
trolled a bit with some reactions, got banned by a power tripping mod
waited 5 days for them to email me
I don't want to play this game anymore

But somewhere down the line Sullivan and Velasquez became crackheads, which is quite sad
