No brainer for 12$ from HB.

I haven't gotten that far into it yet, but, from what I've seen, I'm rather impressed with the new mod system. I was able to start a game with a custom civ out-of-the-box w/o any complex mod menus. YOU CAN ALSO USE MODDED CIVS ONLINE! WOOOOOO!

The biggest downside - and the reason for my negative review - is that there's randomly a ton of black, flickering boxes whenever I use windowed mode. Still waiting for an update to fix it.
