Stumbled upon this game when aimlessly searching steam, ended up being my fav game to play. Has a nice variety of things to do like taxi, police, racing and trucking. The dev is constantly working on the game and the community is great <3

A nice improvement over FlatOut 2 with better graphics and in my opinion, better driving mechanics. The cars feel more heavy and less floaty than in FlatOut 2. Age doesn't always tell if a game is good or not, since in this case it's still worth to get.

Played this game a lot when I was little, still an amazing game to play till this day!

Wow... This game is beautifull. The artstyle and sound design is absolutely stunning. the animations are really smooth and the gameplay mechanics are also really nice. The music is really amazing, especially the end which felt really powerfull. This will be on my list of the best games i've ever played. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

Alright, so here are some things I've experienced and my opinion about some of the gameplay features.

I was pleasently surprised with the sound design and cutscenes. They are really well done, although sometimes they look a bit clunky. The gunplay isn't all too bad but it feels unnatural in my opinion, I just couldn't fully get used to it. The melee and interaction animations on the other hand are really well done. The gameplay is a bit repetitive and you spend quite some time traveling from and to objectives. The parkour like movement gives it a bit more freedom, which is a really nice addition.

The weapon customization is ok, I think they could've expanded a bit more on that as well as weapon variety. The option to convert weapons, for example converting an assault rifle into a lmg or grenadelauncher does make up for that. The option to switch between conversions is poorly implemented. Sometimes It just didn't select the conversion I wanted and it just switched to the wrong one. It just takes more time to get the weapons you want and it's really annoying when you get into a gun fight.

The stealth mechanic gives the game a nice touch, it's fun to sneak around and make silent takedowns with your knife or silenced pistol/smg instead of going gunblazing into a crowd of enemy soldiers, which is fine and sometimes necessery, but it probably gets you killed if you don't pay attention to your health.

The overall setting of the game is well done and the world is really brought to life with all the ambient sounds and npc's populating the cities. Overall, I really enjoyed the game. I am also really impressed with what the studio achieved to make. If all the little flaws and bugs were to be solved and the gameplay was a bit smoother, I would almost think that it's a game made by a triple A studio. The devs should be proud of what they've made and I'm wondering what they will do with a sequel.

The game is quite fun to play. The sounds are really good, but the gameplay itself is a bit clunky.
If the game was more polished and smooth I would play it more, but just because it just doesn't really work sometimes it really gets frusterating.
