I was going to call this game complete trash, but the second (=final) stage was slightly better than the first one, so I'll settle for just calling it mostly trash. The second stage is nothing special, just a very basic FPS where you kill a bunch of spiders, but honestly that was pretty much what I was expecting going in - minus the spiders. I thought most of the enemies would be women (because of the title), however the game might as well have been called Arachnophobia.

Still, the game is way too short, and there are so many better options out there, which makes it hard to recommend Gynophobia. It feels more like a demo than a full game, however if you got the game for free (or very, very cheap) and you have an hour to kill, then I guess you could do worse than Gynophobia. Just keep your expectations very, very low.
