Even though I recommend Brotato, I have to say that I don't get the hype. My thumbs up is based on the price - $5 is a perfectly cromulent asking price for what amounts to a perfectly mid survivor-like.

Brotato isn't particularly flashy, it isn't rife with metaprogress, the arena style combat is tedious, the weapons don't make seizure-inducing displays of mayhem... but it still puts together a competent experience with some charm, that plays very well, and is more than worth a few dollars for fans of the genre.
