I really wanted to like Drug Dealer Simulator 2. After the first game, I had high hopes—more depth, co-op mode, maybe some innovation in the gameplay. Instead, we got a clunky, buggy mess that feels more like an early prototype than a polished release. But what's worse? The devs seem more interested in accusing Schedule I of copying them than actually fixing their own game.

Let’s break this down:

UI? Newsflash—everyone’s using basic inventory grids and crafting trees. That’s not innovation, that’s standard UI design.

Mechanics? What exactly are you claiming as yours? Making drugs? Selling drugs? Managing operations? Those mechanics existed in Tycoon games, Breaking Bad, and crime sims long before your franchise.

Plot? The whole "start small and build a drug empire" trope isn’t exactly original. You didn’t invent it. Hell, half the drug movies and shows from the past 20 years have used that arc.

Now you're allegedly trying to throw legal shade at Schedule I—a game made by one guy that, frankly, plays better, looks better, and respects players' time more than this buggy sequel ever did. Maybe instead of pointing fingers, focus on polishing your game, fixing the janky controls, improving performance, and delivering something actually new.

Because right now, Drug Dealer Simulator 2 feels less like a sequel, and more like a case study in how not to evolve a franchise—and trying to take down competition just makes it look like you're scared of being outdone. And guess what? You already were.

I will make sure to NEVER buy ANYTHING from Movie Games. What's sad is that the studio has NOTHING to do with the decision that Movie Games took to 'investigate' possible copyright infringements.

Point and laugh gamers, point and laugh at the burning dung heap known as Movie Games. :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

To my knowledge, it's the publisher and not the devs, the devs didn't even know it was happening before it was public knowledge, i even heard both dev(team)s are on friendly foot and non of them is liking this 'investigation'

The people, like you, leaving these reviews are laughable at best. You're only hurting the Devs of this game, who aren't the ones investigating Schedule 1. That would be the publishers. The devs of DDS have come out and said they were equally surprised about the investigation. If you're going to watch a penguinz video, watch the whole thing before coming to the internet with your incorrect information.

Get your facts straight

The amount of white knighting/astroturfing for the publisher in these comments are certainly impressive. Such eloquent, coherent arguments as "leave internet kid" and "boo train".

It’s worth noticing the thin line between strong opinion and perceived hate. Your critiques on bugs, unoriginality, and misplaced priorities may be valid opinion, but phrases like “buggy mess” or “scared of being outdone” edge into hyperbole that could overshadow the substance. Criticism is valid only if it is constructive so devs actually hear the feedback. Stop the hate, clarity > drama.

Leave internet kid. Think think bro oh you obviously dont do that much. It is not about how good the game is it is about that there is not that much of drug dealing games and they are making them for long time so they are not risking getting copied, investigation and lawsuit is different thing vro.
