Oil and rice in PAN (pot will leave rice watery), cook til lightly browned, add half can tomato paste along with scoop of chicken bouillon, after fully immersing all rice in tomato paste: add cups of water in 1:2 ratio (rice to water) and stir frequently for 10 minutes. Let simmer with lid and serve hot.
