CHECK ITEM PROCESS:
1) Official Admin will check out both buyer and seller. If they seem okay, we can proceed.
2) Invite the Official Admin to a group chat with the buyer/seller .
3) Both parties should tell the conditions of the trades about.
4) Official Admin will personally give you his/her trade offer link to ask the items to be check .
5) After checking in 2-3 minutes the Official Admin will inform you for completion.

I've laid out a GENERAL overview of the process for you:

a) Buyer, Seller and Moderator join a multi-user chat.
b) Buyer and Seller confirm the trade agreement with the Moderator.
c) Moderator verifies the Paypal emails of Buyer AND Seller as well as provides the outlines on the trade.
d) Seller initiates the trade with Moderator from the multi-user chat window and gives the items.
e) Moderator verifies that he has received the items and informs the Seller to proceed with payment.
f) Seller confirms money has been received and confirms that Moderator may give items to Buyer.

Does the Moderator hold onto the money for a paypal transaction?
The Moderator does NOT hold onto any money at any time of the transaction unless it is a Moneygram transaction. Holding the money in a transaction puts the Moderator at risk of liability if the buyer chooses to reverse or dispute a payment, so this is not common practice, and definitely unsafe for the Moderator.
