A beautiful game with one of the best stories so far in the gaming industry which is based on books that you should read for the best experience. One of the greatest single player RPG's that get you glued to the seat for hours. Timeless gem in the gaming world. Amazing modding community with thousands of mods to choose from. A lot of replay-ability options. Some people only regret playing the game because they wish that they could forget it just to have the experience of discovering it all over again.

The only downsides about the gameplay is the ease of combat and how non challenging it is when you achieve certain perks and levels. The crossbow makes no difference and honestly if it would not be in the game you would not notice. Even on the hardest difficulty and level scaling turned on, once you achieve a certain level things become easy. I personally would enjoy it more if I was forced to actually prepare for fights by exploiting monster weaknesses rather than just slicing at them. That would encourage a more tactical approach to fights and the way you use tools such as the bestiary, time of day, potions, bombs and signs.
