Early Access Review
The game is great so far. I see other reviews that complain about invasions/dragon attacks destroying stuff. I hope that doesn't change or at least stays on as a hard mode or something. That's one of the things I always find lacking in other survival games and is ultimately one of the things that makes me bored- nothing can threaten your base.

This game is fantastic. Brilliant customization and campaign mechanics, plenty of content and mixup to keep it fresh, and great tactical battles.

I'd say buyer beware of this one, if anything, wait a while.

I had fun yesterday, but whatever they patched today has rendered the game unplayable on the same and lower settings. I have a 3080 and had a very smooth experience yesterday on launch day, but now it's like a slide show even when dropping settings down.

Go thru about a dozen characters, getting absolutely wrecked over and over (usually the soldiers and archers). Finally decide to give Easy difficulty a try as a Mushroom Necromancer. Do pretty well, raise a big zombie army, slaughter some innocents. Find strange altar, decide to use offering/summoning option. God of Winter appears, talks some smack, and proceeds to basically one-shot myself and my zombie army. 10/10 Winter is coming.

All modules for Thrones of Decay are quite good.

It's a good game, and quite fun with friends. I'd like to see some variance in game modes eventually. Maybe even a mode that expands on the PvE aspect further (which is already quite interesting). The characters actually seems decently balanced, and are all fun to play. Overall, bought the $50 version, and I don't regret it. Very cool that the base version is only $30 as well.

Maybe you're like me, and have an unnatural desire to involve Steam in whatever it is that you're doing. OSRS doesn't have to be an exception, because RuneLite can be used here, too. I copied this from somewhere (I think a community guide), it worked for me, and I figured it'll be visible for quite a few folks as a review:

1) Find your steam client location (...\Steam\steamapps\common\Old School RuneScape\bin\win64)
2) Find your Runelite client location (...\AppData\Local\RuneLite)
3) Move all your Runelite files and folders to steam client folder
4) Rename the steam "osclient" to "osclient_old" or something else, or just completely remove it.
5) Rename "runelite" to "osclient"
6) Launch the game
