Managed to get on early before the queue destroyed my hopes and dreams.
Played non stop for 12 hours, significant work has been done since closed beta. The game itself runs incredibly well, frame rate stays stable without V-SYNC and with little stutter (Except when entering VERY populated areas)

The progression and scaling is good and feels balanced. I recommend playing in a group though as you tend to enjoy the game more when you're completing quests alongside your mates.
