Dude, Cyberpunk 2077 felt like playing Skyrim back at 2011 framerate was comparable to a powerpoint presentation. The graphics don't build up to how unoptimized this is.

Look the anime was a great way to reel players back but unfortunately it was still so unstable I had to uninstall after playing for a bit.
