All peoples should be free. All peoples should be housed, clothed, fed, have access to clean water, and medical care. People are just people. There is no excuse for genocide. There is no excuse for slavery. Governments across the world butcher all of us any way they can, then direct our anger at these atrocities towards other peoples to disguise their hand in the day to day devastation they inflict on millions of human beings just like us. It is easy to get angry at faceless masses of strangers. It is hard to look to your own government and hold them accountable for what they've done. Do not bury your head in the sand. Stand up for your fellow human beings and refuse to be silent.

End war.
End genocide.
End the imprisonment of millions for the simple act of being born in the wrong place.

If a hungry man steals food, feed him. If a person screams at you, speak softly to them. If a human being has bare bloody feet, give him your shoes. If someone has lost everyone they ever loved to war and brings that same tragedy to your doorstep, cry together, embrace, and make peace so that no more will suffer the same fate you have by continuing the bloodshed.

Make peace and refuse to let anyone, even yourself, stop you from being kind.
