Plays great, but wish that there was a broader technology tree. Game is basically designed to have one gaming session finished within a few hours. I don't know if that's good thing (new to the 4X genre), but each session feels "too fast". Recommended nonetheless.

Sounds good mate. I'll try to fiddle with those settings and see if it improves my experience.

Deactivate victory conditions you don't like (in your case the more easy ones). You could choose to play on slower game speed, for to have a longer lasting game, too.
