Maybe in 2024 it is worth about 30€ and you can get about 60 hours of content from it (with the DLC).
I have played it over a few times now and I do like the story very much. Still I would never recommend this game to anyone because of the history of this game. Nevermind the bugs on launch that most of have been fixed but the content and the gameplay is still not like it was advertised to be and it never will be, it would have to be completely remade on a new engine to deliver the game that was first sold. In the end this is a scam by the developers. It is an embodiment of everything that is wrong with the modern video game industry. After all this they charge you for a new DLC that when you play it you realize it should have been in the game at launch. Now if you don't care about that it is worth 30€ and the DLC is a must have but it is painful to pay for it.
