Fighting Fantasy books are old school tough, full of adventure and evocative artwork, and a great throwback to the adventures of yore. Love it.

I wanted to like it. I tried to like it. I simply can't deal with the movement and aiming controls. No inversion on horizontal is a deal breaker. Refunding :/

An outstanding collection of AD&D 1st edition games. I absolutely love these games and spent many an hour on the c64 on these ages ago. The companion app helps greatly and adds some much needed quality of life enhancements like mapping, fast healing and a nice interface for the journal entries and rumors. This might be a bit slow for today's audience but if you want a legit AD&D experience, this is it.

Super chill game, very relaxing and easy to get into.

Turn-based, 5th ed D&D with lots of cool environments, interesting stories, and intuitive incorporation of the rules that doesn't feel clunky. Tons of options, lots of customization, and dlc's being added, both free and paid, to provide more options and fun. A great game, I'd love to have time to play it more. *sigh*

This is a game best played when you have 10 - 30 min to kill. It's not something you will play all day unless you are achievement hunting or something as a typical game can end in a minute or two.

It's basically a choose your own adventure kind of thing where you make decisions for your kingdom and manage resources with a lot of quick ends. It reminds me of some of the games you used to see in the old shareware days.

Bought this on sale for about half price and that feels like the right price for me. I would not pick it up at full price.

A cool, dark, choose your own adventure horror game. Reminds me of some Lovecraftian style D&D.

A save function would have been very welcome but no regrets on picking this one up. Would love to see more of this kind of stuff.

Does it look like old ogre arse? Yeah,
Is your first opponent the UI? Yep!
Is there more content than you will ever see? Most likely.
Play it free or play it paid with all the perks. If you can deal with the oldest of old school mmo's give it a download and try to climb that ladder. Kudos if you do it the 1st time in less than 5 minutes!

Square/Enix has made it a habbit of bending over it's supporters and milking them for all they're worth with it's re-releases and definitive versions.

While I appreciate a good milking as much as the next person, S/E can suck it after releasing this game fixed on M$'s store and refusing to fix this one for the past 4 years.
