neon white for people that love counter-strike but suck at counter-strike

This game had no right to be any good, but after spending some time with it I can say it's one of the best kart racing games of all time. The variety in both levels and characters, on top of a small bit of rpg elements, combine to make this game a pure joy to play. The game is also not easy, aI can be very difficult but fair, and, especially when digging into harder modes, you need to be on your best game. Pleasantly surprised, and now enamoured, this game deserves to be in everyone's library.
