The dlc for specific factions were added to warhammer 3's page like tomb kings, you don't need to buy warhammer 2 then buy the tomb kings to use them in warhammer 3 you can just buy them foir warhammer 3. There is a lot of freeLC that is added every time a dlc is release like drycha for example.
