To this day, PAYDAY 2 stands to be one of the best cooperative experiences I've ever had. If you enjoy co-op PvE games, you'll blow a ton of hours here.

The sheer amount of customizability in this game will inspire you to be creative with your builds, even at the highest difficulties, where in many other games you'd be forced to choose between only a handful of builds.

I can not vouch for the community today, but back during my time when I vehemently played this game almost daily, I had a wonderful time meeting and making new friends with which to heist with, many of which I still play other games with today. A good heisting team is a great bonding experience.
