Instead, we have fully-realized animated characters that represent the different factions all empowered with a pretty smooth method of codifying the rules of the board game.

The tutorial helps you to pick up the basics of each faction easily enough, but actual mastery will take more time. Online play is generally okay but has occasional bugs with games just hanging without the option to restore. Still, better than good and I'm glad that we finally have a proper expansion with the Riverfolk and not just the first Clockwork expansion.

Love this game and will continue to explore and play. I'm glad that such a beloved tabletop game clearly got as much devotion and attention to detail by the digital team.
